How to submit a request

1. Send an email to wang@yichaininternationalco.site.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include: your full name, the email address used with our services, the application or website feature involved, and any account identifier you can provide.
4. State clearly that you request deletion of your personal data and/or account.

What happens next

• We verify the request to prevent unauthorized deletions.
• We delete or anonymize personal data associated with the verified account or request, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
• We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.

In-app deletion

If a specific application provides an in-app account deletion function, you may use that function in addition to emailing us. Where both options exist, either method is acceptable.
